As a result, item availability, shipping schedule, and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Regency Collection Gifts reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.

Regency Collection Gifts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item and refund the purchase price for the undelivered items. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by Regency Collection Gifts Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. Regency Collection Gifts may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order. Regency Collection Gifts urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information before submitting any orders. CREDIT CARDS Regency Collection Gifts accepts AMERICAN EXPRESS-MC –VISA, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the billing address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. All orders are charged to the credit card you indicate at the time of your purchase. Although 90% of all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase, you will also be charged for items on backorder.

Regency Collection Gifts carries over 5000 products and there is always a possibility that an item you requested is not in stock at the time you make your purchase. In order to track availability of purchased products, place orders, and expedite the processing of your order in general, your order must be fully paid at the time you place it. If you do not want to be charged for backordered items please indicate that in the Special Instructions box during checkout. In this case we will credit your account for the backordered items and remove them from your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to ship backordered items if you do not agree to the full payment of your order at the time you place your online order.

Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the item is not in stock the order may be cancelled within seven days from the date of purchase at the request of the client by calling 1-888-777-9357 or by sending an email to Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

Regency Collection Gifts will accept orders for out of stock items. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you expect an item to arrive by a particular date please advices us at the time of order and a member of our staff will discuss alternate choices or shipping options. A backorder may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. In stock items cannot be canceled after order completion. We cannot cancel orders that are in transit from us to you.

As Regency Collection Gifts is not the manufacturer of any product we sell, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for any financial loss or damage caused by a product purchased from us. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Regency Collection Gifts arising from any products sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered, if found liable. In no event shall Regency Collection Gifts, its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the compatibility of products sold.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Regency Collection Gifts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. Regency Collection Gifts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Regency Collection Gifts shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
