Shipping & Returns

Orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge within the United States with the exception of oversized items.
All returns are subject to approval after contacting the Regency Collection Gifts Customer Service department at 1-888-777-9357 or by emailing us at contactus@regencycollectiongifts.com. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our customer service will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Please note that returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number on the Address Label, will be refused. Returns should be sent to: Regency Collection Gifts Attn. Returns - RMA: (Place the return authorization number given to you), 3011 Yamato Road Boca Raton, FL, 33434 Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

All returns are subject to the following: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Regency Collection Gifts assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid label. All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS on Special orders All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.

EXCHANGES
All items returned within 10 days for charge credit will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All items returned within 10 days for store credit or exchange will not be subject to a re-stocking fee. All items returned after 10 days (up to 30 days) will receive a store credit and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the credit issued. Exclusion: Handbags – Judith Ripka Jewelry. All handbags and Judith Ripka jewelry can be returned within 10 days for a store credit or exchange only. They will not be accepted for return after the 10 days. There will always be extenuating circumstances that will be discussed by calling our store (1-888-777-9357). Those circumstances will only be eligible for exchange or store credit with a 20% re-stocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard Air Mail or US Priority Mail. Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee. An additional charge of $10.00 will be charged to your credit card for any refused or returned (as "undeliverable") shipment. If a backordered item is cancelled, Regency Collection Gifts will refund the difference in shipping charges from the items shipped and the freight charged. Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Regency Collection Gifts reserves the right to ship packages "best way" according to the shipper's delivery schedules. Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

SALES TAX
Regency Collection Gifts only charges sales tax on shipments to Florida. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

Regency Collection Gifts makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions must be directed towards the product manufacturer.
